On the phone with Santa Claus. This was a daily occurrence at our house. Christmas came and went. It's bittersweet once it's all over, but it was pretty great while it lasted. We spent lots of time with both of our families and this holiday seemed slightly less stressful and rushed than those in the past. I'm hoping to convince all parties involved in our holidays to simplify things even more for next Christmas. Time will tell.
Sawyer still wakes up singing jingle bells and asking to go see Santa. He might just keep Christmas in his heart all year long. Experiencing the holidays with him at 2 years old was a blast. He loved Santa, loved the songs, the treats, the lights and the tree.
Santa brought a lollipop. It's all he remembers from Christmas morning.
